Participation of CERT1 in the conference of hotel managers of Rhodes

The conference of hotel managers of Rhodes was concluded with great success, where CERT1 had an active participation. The main and only theme of the conference was quality in hotel services, something for which CERT1 has as the center of its activities.

The participants were informed about the process of categorizing their hotels according to the new legislative framework, a process that has now been assigned to certification bodies accredited by the National Accreditation Council.

The inspector of CERT1, responsible for the Dodecanese region, Mr. Giorgos Spartalis, will continue the cycle of informing hoteliers about the whole process, which ultimately aims to upgrade the quality of the hotels.
