1. CERT1.
CERT1 is a provider of independent Inspection services, technical checks & Certifications of lifting and handling machines, pressure vessels, steam boilers, gas tanks, gasoline vapor recovery systems and classification of tourist accommodation and certification of swimming tanks & water slides.
2. Definition of "Personal Data"
Personal data, hereinafter "Personal Data" or "Data", is any information that concerns an identified or identifiable natural person ("data subject") and may lead either directly or in combination with other data to the identification/identification of the natural person. An identifiable natural person is one whose identity can be ascertained, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as name, identification number, location data, online identifier or to one or more factors that characterize the physical, physiological, genetic, psychological, economic, cultural or social identity of that natural person.
Such data can be (indicatively): Name, Surname, Father's Name, ADT (Identity Card Number), AFTM (Tax Registration Number), DOU (Public Financial Service), AMA (Insurance Registration Number), AMKA (Social Security Registration Number), postal address, email address (email), mobile or landline phone number, education performance data , certification process results, bank account number, etc.
3.Processing of Personal Data
CERT1 collects your Data for the following processing purposes, either as part of the Agreement between us or after granting your express and specific consent, per service provided by the Company and for your general service. In particular, we use your Data for the purposes listed below:
• for the conclusion of a contract, at the request of the interested party within the framework of the provided Certification / Inspection / Audit / Training services
• to issue inspection, control, certification and training documents
• for compliance with the requirements of the rules of recognition, accreditation or inclusion in schemes by the relevant Recognition or Accreditation Bodies in Greece or abroad (as determined by the corresponding certification and/or training scheme) including the sending of data to the Competent Authorities and/or other Control Bodies
• for the issuance of service provision documents for the services provided by CERT1
• to be informed about CERT1 services, events, products and news
• to cover its legislative, regulatory and fiscal obligations
• to submit a CV
• the provision of online examination and certification
4. Required Data
At CERT1 we make sure to collect only the absolutely necessary Data, to serve the purpose for which it is intended.
Specifically, we collect:
• Your contact details, (landline and/or mobile phone number, email, contact address, postal code)
• Tax identifiers, (TIN, IKA registration number, OAED card)
• Identity details (First name, Last name, maiden name, Social Security number, passport number)
• Financial details (bank account details, IBAN)
• Information about the professional specialty (job position, previous experience, qualifications, professional certifications, CV)
5. Confidentiality and Confidentiality
Our partners/agents/subcontractors have agreed and contractually committed to:
• observe confidentiality, and bind their staff and their respective obligations
• not pass on Data to third parties without our written permission
• take organizational and technical Data security measures
• notify us of any incident involving the breach of your Data
• delete and/or return your Data to us, upon termination of our contract and
• to comply with the legal framework for the protection of personal data and in particular the General Data
6. Data Security
The processing of your Data in any way is permitted only to persons authorized by us, our employees and partners, exclusively for the above mentioned purposes.
We have taken the necessary and appropriate organizational and technical measures for the security and protection of your Data from any form of accidental or unlawful processing, both at the physical level and at the level of logical security (indicative: physical security procedures, graded data access, protection of computer systems, software).
These measures are reviewed and amended when deemed necessary.
